摘要
针对定性指标难以量化的特点,在传统模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的基础上提出改进,保证评估指标数据的统一。分析导弹装备火力打击能力影响因素,构建导弹装备火力打击能力指标体系,提出了基于改进模糊层次分析法评估的方法步骤,并结合某型导弹装备进行火力打击能力评估。结果表明:该方法能够解决现实评估问题,通过评估结果有针对性地对导弹装备的运用进行改进,具有较高的应用价值。
Based on the traditional fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),an improvement is proposed to ensure the unity of evaluation index data.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the firepower attacking ability of the missile equipment,constructs the firepower attacking ability index system of the missile equipment,puts forward the method steps based on the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and evaluates the firepower attacking ability combining with a certain missile equipment.The results show that this method can solve the practical evaluation problems,and improve the application of missile equipment through the evaluation results,which has high application value.
