摘要
[目的/意义]当前实践中高校智库普遍存在成长困局,但学界针对智库影响力驱动因素的研究还比较缺失,高校智库如何通过成长策略提升影响力成为亟待解决的现实问题。[方法/过程]基于组织生命周期理论,利用2017年《CTTI智库报告》披露的数据信息,实证分析了不同成长阶段下资源投入对高校智库影响力的作用机制。[结果/结论]资源投入有利于提升智库影响力;智库资源和初创期、成长期高校智库影响力正相关,但与成熟期高校智库影响力不相关;是否"211工程"高校对智库影响力作用显著,但这一关系仅存在于智库初创期。
[Purpose/significance]In the current practice,the wisdom inventory of colleges and universities is growing in dire straits,but the research on the driving factors of think tank influence in academic circles is still relatively lacking.How to improve the influence of university think tanks through appropriate resource strategies becomes a real problem to be solved urgently.[Method/process]Based on the organization life cycle theory and the data information in 2017 CTTI Think Tank Report,this paper takes an empirical analysis of the mechanism of the impact of resource investment on university think tanks at different growth stages.[Result/conclusion]Resource input and think tank influence are positively correlated.Think tank resources are positively related to the influence of think tanks in the initial stage and growth period,but they are not related to the influence of think tanks in mature ones.Whether the 211 engineering universities have a significant influence on the influence of think tanks,but this relationship exists only in the initial stage of think tanks.
