The influence of mini-CEX in improving the level of position competence of junior nurses

摘要 目的:探讨形成性评价(mini-CEX)对提高低年资护士岗位胜任能力水平的影响。方法:选取医院临床一线的84名低年资护士,按照护士岗位胜任力考核方法的不同,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42名。对照组采用传统技能培训考核方法,观察组采用mini-CEX考核方法。采用自制调查问卷调查护士和带教教师对考核的满意度,对比分析两组考核成绩、考核用时、护理技能以及护士和带教教师的满意度。结果:观察组考核成绩总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.076,P<0.05),考核成绩及合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=2.294,x^2=8.571;P<0.05);观察组考核用时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.936,P<0.05);观察组护理技能中的心电监护、中心管道吸氧、静脉输液和更换引流管评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.401,t=18.568,t=21.998,t=10.862;P<0.05);观察组护士和带教教师满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^2=7.264,x^2=7.371;P<0.05)。结论:mini-CEX具有考核内容全面、操作便捷及重视适时反馈等特征,用于低年资护士可提高其岗位胜任能力,保障护理质量。 Objective:To explore the influence of mini clinical evaluation exercise(mini-CEX)on improving the level of position competency of junior nurses.Methods:84 junior nurses at the clinical frontline of hospital were selected and were divided into control group and observation group in the order of entry time,with 42 in each group.The control group adopted the traditional assessment method of skill training,and the observation group adopted mini-CEX assessment method.A self-made questionnaire was adopted to investigate the satisfaction degree of nurses and teaching teachers for the assessment,and the assessment achievement,assessment time,nursing skills and satisfaction of nurses and teaching teachers of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(t=10.076,P<0.05).The qualified situation and pass rate of examination achievement of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(x2=2.294,x2=8.571,P<0.05),respectively.The evaluation time of observation group was significantly less than that of control group(t=13.936,P<0.05).The scores of electrocardiography(ECG)monitoring,oxygen inhalation of central pipeline,intravenous infusion and replacement of drainage tube in the nursing skills of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(t=6.401,t=18.568,t=21.998,t=10.862;P<0.05),respectively.The satisfaction of nurses and teaching teachers of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(x2=7.264,x2=7.371,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Mini-CEX has a series of characteristics included comprehensive assessment content,convenient operation and emphasis on timely feedback.It can be used to improve the position competency of junior nurses and ensure the quality and safety of nursing.
