产科超声模拟器在临床技能培训中的应用效果调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the application of the OUS in clinical skill training

目的:调查产科超声模拟器(OUS)在产前超声模拟培训中的优缺点及受训者的学习态度与培训效果。方法:根据Kirkpatrick和Phillips培训评估模型及查阅相关文献,结合李克特量表五点选项自行设计电子调查问卷,内容包括OUS与临床超声仪器的区别、操作难易程度、培训优势与劣势、培训内容与病例以及培训效果5个方面,并对39名接受培训的产前超声培训班学员OUS模拟培训情况进行评估。结果:OUS在操作手感、超声成像及功能等方面与真实超声仪器间存在一定的差异。39名学员认为经过OUS培训后实际临床操作能力得到提升,其中38名(占97.44%)学员认为经过培训达到了预期目的。结论:使用OUS进行产前超声模拟培训,可使培训脱离临床工作限制,为超声医师提供一个继续教育和评估技能的平台,使培训和评估逐渐标准化。

Objective:To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of obstetric ultrasound simulation(OUS)in OUS training,and the learning attitude and training effect of trainees.Methods:An electronic questionnaire was designed by ourselves based on the Kirkpatrick and Phillips training assessment model and searching related literature,and combined with the Likert five-point scale.And this questionnaire contained 5 aspects included the difference between OUS and clinical ultrasound instrument,the complexity of operation,the advantages and disadvantages of training,the content and cases of training and training effects.And then,the OUS training situation of 39 trained students in obstetric ultrasound training class were further assessed.Results:There were some differences in terms of operating feel,ultrasound imaging,functions and other aspects between OUS and real ultrasound instrument.39 students believed that the actual clinical operation ability of them had been improved after they received OUS training,of which 38(97.44%)trainees believed that the training had achieved their expected goals by the training.Conclusion:The OUS training with OUS can take the training out of the limit of clinical work and provide a platform of continuing education and assessing skills for physician who performs ultrasound,and can gradually standardize the training and assessment.
