基于肺功能占比的CT肺炎指数计算方法应用在新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨CT肺炎指数(CTPI)的计算方法及应用,提高量化分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)严重程度的诊疗认识。方法:研究CT成像原理,建立公式计算COVID-19患者不同时期的肺炎指数,对收治的11例COVID-19患者的胸部CT影像资料与临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:11例COVID-19患者的平均病变累及肺功能占比在高峰日为17.7%、出院日为10.7%、出院14 d为5.7%,平均CTPI高峰日为91.0、出院日为29.1、出院14 d为9.9。结论:CTPI是基于CT扫描的较准确并方便使用的肺炎量化分析工具,对于COVID-19患者的严重程度判断具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To explore the computational method and application of computed tomography pneumonia index(CTPI)and improve the cognition of diagnosis and treatment of physicians in quantitative analyzing the severity of Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:The principle of CT imaging was researched,and the formula was established to calculate PI of patients at various stage.And the data of CT images on chest of 11 patients with COVID-19 who admitted to hospital and the effects of clinical treatment were implemented contrastive analysis.Results:The proportion of average lesion that involved to pulmonary function in 11 patients with COVID-19 was 17.7%on the peak day,and it was 10.7%on the discharge day,and it was 5.7%on the 14th day post discharge.And the average CTPI was 91.0 on the peak day,and it was 29.1 on the discharge day,and it was 9.9 on the 14th day post discharge.Conclusion:CTPI is a more accurate and convenient quantitative analysis tool for pneumonia based on CT scanning,and it has important clinical application value for the judgment of the severity of COVID-19 patients.
