摘要
通过对医院近3年输液泵发生的各类故障进行统计分析,总结导致故障发生的风险因素,分别从管理和技术方面进行风险控制,采取加强日常巡检、操作培训考核、质量控制和预防性维护等措施,以降低输液泵故障率。针对输液泵各类故障进行分析归类,明确其风险因素,并采取针对性的解决方案,可有效降低风险发生概率,保证输液泵的安全性和有效性。
The risk factors that caused the occurrence of failure were summarized through implemented statistical analysis for different kinds of failure of infusion pump of hospital in the recent 3 years.And the risk control was implemented from management and technique,respectively.And strengthening daily inspections,operation training assessment,quality control and preventive maintenance were adopted to reduce the failure rate of infusion pump.Therefore,implementing analysis and classification for different kinds of failures of infusion pump,and clarifying their risk factors,and adopting targeted solution can effectively reduce the probability of the occurrence of risk and ensure the safety and effectiveness of infusion pump.
