重组人表皮生长因子在急诊外伤行清创缝合术患者中的应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子在急诊外伤行清创缝合术患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年1月130例急诊外伤患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同将其分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组给予常规清创缝合术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合重组人表皮生长因子治疗。比较两组伤口愈合时间、疼痛评分、并发症发生率和治疗总有效率。结果:观察组伤口愈合时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分和并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为96.92%(63/65),明显高于对照组的73.85%(48/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规清创缝合术基础上应用喷洒重组人表皮生长因子治疗急诊外伤行清创缝合术患者,可提高治疗有效率、缩短伤口愈合时间、降低疼痛评分和并发症发生率,其效果优于单纯常规清创缝合术治疗效果。 Objective: To explore application effects of recombinant human epidermal growth factor in emergency trauma patients undergoing debridement and suture. Methods: The clinical data of 130 emergency trauma patients admitted from January 2018 to January 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group(n=65) and observation group(n=65). The control group was treated with conventional debridement and suture, while the observation group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor on the basis of that of the control group. Then, the wound healing time, pain score, and effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group;the visual analog score and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.92%(63/65), which was significantly higher than the control group of 73.85%(48/65), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Based on the conventional debridement and suture, spraying recombinant human epidermal growth factor to the emergency trauma patients undergoing debridement and suture can improve the treatment effective rate, shorten the wound healing time, and reduce the pain score and complication rate. Moreover, it is superior to simple conventional debridement and suture.
