人性化护理对门诊输液室患儿的影响

Effects of humanized nursing on children in outpatient infusion room

目的:观察人性化护理对门诊输液室患儿的影响。方法:根据患儿病例号奇偶数将120例门诊输液室患儿分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理,比较两组输液依从率、一次性穿刺成功率和脱针发生率。结果:观察组依从率为96.67%(58/60),高于对照组的83.33%(50/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组,脱针率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理应用于门诊输液室患儿可提高其输液依从率和一次性穿刺成功率,降低脱针率,其效果优于常规护理效果。

Objective: To explore effects of humanized nursing on children in outpatient infusion room. Methods: 120 cases of children in outpatient infusion room were selected as the experimental subjects. According to the odd and even number of cases, they were divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received humanized nursing. The infusion compliance rate, one-time puncture success rate and the needle removal rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The compliance rate of the observation group was 96.67%(58/60), which was higher than 83.33%(50/60) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The one-time puncture success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the needle removal rate was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Humanized nursing applied to the children in the outpatient infusion room can increase the infusion compliance rate and the one-time puncture success rate, and reduce the needle removal rate. Moreover, it is superior to routine nursing.
