茶作为一种健康自然饮品,受到人们的欢迎,不同种类的茶功效各不相同。随着提取工艺的不断成熟,人们不仅仅局限于品茶,更深入对茶叶中的有效成分的提取进行研究。近年来,响应面法优化应用于茶叶的提取工艺中,旨在获得最佳的提取工艺条件,提高茶叶中有效成分的提取率,降低工艺成本。本文查阅近几年有关响应面法优化茶叶中有效成分的提取工艺的文献资料,对其进行总结,为后续的优化提取工艺研究提供一定的支持。

As a healthy and natural drink,tea is popular among people.Different types of tea have different effects.With the continuous maturity of the extraction process,people are not only limited to tea tasting,but also in-depth research on the extraction of effective ingredients in tea.In recent years,response surface methodology has been optimized and applied to the extraction process of tea in order to obtain the best extraction process conditions,increase the extraction rate of effective ingredients in tea,and reduce process costs.This article consults the literature on the optimization of the extraction process of active ingredients in tea by response surface methodology in recent years,summarizes them,and provides certain support for the subsequent optimization of the extraction process.
