摘要 聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯互穿网络(IPN)涂料印花黏合剂可以克服聚丙烯酸酯黏合剂延伸性差、耐湿摩擦色牢度低、易吸尘和粘搭性强的缺点。介绍了互穿网络水性聚氨酯涂料印花黏合剂的制备方法,探讨了不同配比对拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、耐摩擦色牢度的影响。结果表明:IPN黏合剂是改进聚丙烯酸酯类黏合剂性能的有效方法,比相同组分时的混合物效果好得多。 The polyurethane/polyacrylate interpenetrating network(IPN)kinder of pigment printing can overcome the disadvantages of polypropylene ester adhesive,such as poor extensibility,low color fastness to wet rubbing,ease of dust collection and strong adhesion.The preparation method of IPN waterborne polyurethane pigment printing adhesive was introduced,and the effects of different proportions on tensile strength,elongation at break and color fastness to rubbing were discussed.The results showed that IPN adhesive was an effective method to improve the properties of polyacrylic acid adhesive,which was much better than the mixture with the same composition.
