含PEG链阳离子活性染料的合成及染色性能研究

Synthesis and dyeing properties of cationic reactive dye containing PEG segment

以聚乙二醇1500(PEG 1500)、1-氨基蒽醌、三聚氯氰、环氧氯丙烷、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺为原料,合成了一种双阳离子活性基染料,并通过核磁共振氢谱表征其结构。在无盐染色条件下,该阳离子活性染料上染率达到89.3%,固色率达到83.9%,耐洗色牢度与耐摩擦色牢度均达到4~5级。

The dye with double cationic reactive groups was synthesized by polyethylene glycol 1500(PEG 1500),1-aminoanthraquinone,cyanuric chloride,epichlorohydrin,N,N-dimethylethanolamine.The structure of the cationic reactive dye was characterized by 1 H NMR.Under the condition of salt-free dyeing process,the dyeing rate of the cationic reactive dye reached 89.3%,the fixation rate reached 83.9%,and the color fastness to washing and friction both reached 4~5 grade.
