高效液相色谱法同时检测纺织品中25种致癌芳香胺

Simultaneous determination of 25 carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography

建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定纺织品中25种致癌芳香胺的方法。采用填料粒径为2.6μm的Accucore aQ色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm),甲醇-乙酸铵水溶液(20 mmol/L,pH 6.9)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,进样量2μL,在波长240、280、305 nm下检测。25种致癌芳香胺在1~100 mg/L内峰面积与质量浓度具有良好的线性关系(r^2大于等于0.9990),检出限(3S/N)均小于等于1.0 mg/kg,加标回收率为51.7%~105.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于2.6%。该方法检测时间短、分离度好,对纺织品中的致癌芳香胺能有效地进行定性定量分析。

The simultaneous determination method of 25 carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detector(HPLC-DAD)was established.The Accucore aQ chromatographic column(150 mm×4.6 mm)with packing particle size of 2.6μm was used,and methanol-ammonium acetate buffer(20 mmol/L,pH 6.9)was used as mobile phase.The gradient elution method was used,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the injection volume was 2μL,and the detection was carried out at the wavelengths of 240,280 and 305 nm.There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of 25 carcinogenic aromatic amines in the range of 1~100 mg/L(r^2≥0.9990),the detection limit(3 S/N)was less than or equal to 1.0 mg/kg,the recovery was 51.7%~105.7%,and the relative standard deviation(n=6)was less than 2.6%.The method had the advantages of short detection time and good resolution,and could be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of carcinogenic aromatic amines in textiles.
