摘要
以Nb微合金化的75Cr1钢为基础,分析了Nb元素添加后75Cr1钢在热处理过程中组织和性能的变化规律,研究了Nb元素在钢中的析出行为。结果表明,Nb元素的添加能够提高钢的性能稳定性和屈强比,并且显著地提高钢的低温冲击韧性。
About 0.02 wt%Nb element was added to the tool steel 75 Cr1,the microstructure and property of 75 Cr1 during heat treatment was analyzed,and the precipitation behavior of Nb element was studied.The results showed that,the adding of 0.02 wt%Nb could effectively improve the property stability and yield ratio of steel,and the impact toughness of steel at low temperature was also improved obviously.
