摘要
整理了来自国内34家氯碱企业的分析检测调查数据,统计了电解槽、电解阴阳极及极液、电解所得氯气和氢气的分析检测项目控制指标、设备及其来源等,展现了目前国内氯碱行业电解系统的分析检测技术水平及分析检测设备应用现状,旨为氯碱生产的安全、稳定运行提供参考依据。
Based on the survey data collected from 34 chlor-alkali enterprises in China,the analysis and testing items and control indexes of electrolyzer,cathode,anode and electrolyte,chlorine and hydrogen produced by electrolysis,and the testing equipment and producers are analyzed.The technical level of analysis of electrolysis system and the application status of analysis and testing equipment in China’s chlor-alkali industry are presented in order to provide reference for safe and stable operation of chlor-alkali production.
