摘要
通过对一级重大危险源液氯储存单元的风险识别,从日常操作控制、安全管理措施、安全技术措施、应急技术措施等多方位介绍了风险控制措施与技术。采用这些安全管理措施和安全技术措施,有效削减了液氯储存区的各类风险,避免中毒、爆炸事故的发生。
The risk of liquid chlorine storage unit as grade one major hazard installations is identified.The risk control measures and technologies are introduced from daily operation control,safety management measures,safety technical measures and emergency technical measures.After these safety management measures and safety technical measures were adopted,various risks in liquid chlorine storage area were effectively reduced,and poisoning and explosion accidents were avoided.
