热敏灸用于恶性肿瘤相关病症中的临床研究概况

General situation of clinical research on heat-sensitive moxibustion used in malignant tumor related diseases

热敏灸疗法作为一种安全、简便的绿色疗法,临床疗效显著。随着热敏灸技术在国内外的不断推广使用,热敏灸疗法优势病种疾病谱正在逐步扩大:笔者查阅了近5年热敏灸用于恶性肿瘤相关病症中的临床研究,发现热敏灸在干预肿瘤相关病症的治疗,增强患者免疫系统机能,提高恶性肿瘤患者生活质量方面表现出了强大的中医药优势,特别在改善胃肠道反应、失眠、肿瘤相关性抑郁、癌性疲乏等相关病症疗效显著,以期为该病的后续进一步深入研究提供中医药方案提供参考价值。

As a safe and simple green therapy, heat-sensitive moxibustion has remarkable clinical effect. With the continuous popularization and use of heat-sensitive moxibustion technology at home and abroad, the spectrum of dominant diseases in heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy is gradually expanding. The author reviewed the clinical research of heat-sensitive moxibustion used in malignant tumor related diseases in recent 5 years. It was found that heat-sensitive moxibustion had a strong advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in interfering with the treatment of tumor-related diseases, enhancing the immune system function of patients and improving the quality of life of patients with malignant tumors, especially in improving gastrointestinal reaction, insomnia, tumor-associated depression, cancer fatigue and other related diseases. In-depth study to provide reference value for traditional Chinese medicine program.
