凉血消银汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的效果分析

Effect of liangxue xiaoyin decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet on psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨凉血消银汤联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法:抽取2017年8月至2018年7月长春市中医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者180例,依据随机数字表分为两组,每组90例。研究组行凉血消银汤与窄谱中波紫外线联合治疗,对照组行窄谱中波紫外线治疗,记录两组疗效、治疗前后炎症因子水平变化及疾病复发情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.11%(82/90),对照组为75.56%(68/90),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-17、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组相应检测值低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访期间研究组疾病复发率为5.88%(2/34),对照组为34.62%(9/26),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用凉血消银汤、窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病近期疗效较优,有利于降低机体炎症因子水平,减少复发。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of liangxue xiaoyin decoction combined with narrow-band ultraviolet on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 180 cases of psoriasis vulgaris with psoriasis vulgaris in Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2017 to July 2018 were selected,and they were divided into groups according to random number table,with 90 cases in each group.The study group was treated with liangxue xiaoyin decoction and narrow-band ultraviolet B,while the control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B.The curative effect,changes of inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the recurrence of the disease were recorded.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.11%(82/90)and the control group was 75.56%(68/90),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17 and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the corresponding detection values in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group during the follow-up period(5.88%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(34.62%),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of liangxue xiaoyin decoction and narrow-band ultraviolet B in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has better short-term effect,which is beneficial to reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body and reduce recurrence.
