摘要
目的分析冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的相关性。方法选取濮阳市中医院2018年12月至2020年2月收治的93例冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为研究组,同期前来我院就诊的93例冠心病患者(血脂水平正常)作为对照1组,同期前来我院体检的93例健康人群作为对照2组。比较各组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平,比较研究组治疗前后IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平。结果研究组治疗前IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平最高,对照2组健康人群上述指标最低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平较治疗前显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平对诊治冠心病合并高脂血症患者具有积极的参考价值。
Objective To analyze the relationship between blood lipid levels and interleukin-6( IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α),C-reactive protein( CRP) levels in patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 93 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia who were admitted to Puyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study group. At the same time,93 patients with coronary heart disease( normal blood lipid level) who came to our hospital for medical examination were taken as control group 1,and 93 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination at the same time were taken as control group 2. The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in each group,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the study group before and after treatment were compared. Results The patients in the study group with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia( before treatment) had the highest levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and CRP,and the control group 2 had the lowest levels of the above indicators,and the differences were significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α and CRP in the study group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were significant( P <0. 05). Conclusions The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α have positive reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia.
