摘要
为降低永磁同步电动机控制系统的成本和体积,提高控制系统的可靠性,设计一种双闭环磁场矢量控制的永磁同步电机无传感器的控制方法。构建了永磁同步电动机的数学模型,引入Luenberger观测器的状态方程,构造了观测器模型。对永磁同步电机中含有角度信息参数的观测,使用锁相环计算得到电机转子位置及转速。使用Simulink搭建永磁同步电机的控制系统并进行仿真验证,由仿真结果可知,该控制方法对电机转子位置及转速的估算准确。
In order to reduce the cost and volume of the PMSM(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)control system and improve the reliability of the control system,a sensorless control method for the PMSM with dual closed-loop magnetic field vector control was designed.The mathematical model of PMSM was constructed,and the state equation of Luenberger observer was introduced to construct the observer model.For the observation of the angular information parameters in the PMSM,the phase position loop was used to calculate the rotor position and speed of the motor.The control system of the PMSM was built using Simulink and verified by simulation.From the simulation results,it can be known that the control method estimates the rotor position and speed of the motor basically accurately.
