车载扬声器结构静动力学有限元分析

摘要 以市面上普遍的车载扬声器模型为分析研究对象,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对其结构进行静动力学的分析,以此对扬声器外壳的强度以及刚度进行校核验算。通过对扬声器进行有限元跌落分析和模态分析,分别得到了跌落的应力分布云图和模态分析振型图,校核了强度和刚度。论证结构的合理以及可靠性,为后续研究和实际应用提供了参考。 Taking the popular car speaker model on the market as the analysis and research object,the structure and static analysis of ABAQUS finite element software were used to check the strength and rigidity of the speaker shell.Through the finite element drop analysis and modal analysis of the loudspeaker,the stress distribution cloud diagram and the modal analysis mode shape diagram of the drop were obtained respectively,and the strength and rigidity were checked.The rationality and reliability of the demonstration structure provide a reference for subsequent research and practical application.
