摘要
汞离子对人类健康和生态环境造成严重危害,开发基于汞离子高灵敏快速检测的荧光探针具有重要意义。本文运用多肽固相合成技术将二肽(Gly-Tyr-NH 2)与丹磺酰氯染料结合构建得到多肽荧光探针L(Dansyl-Gly-Tyr-NH 2)。基于聚集诱导发光机理,在纯水缓冲溶液中实现了对汞离子的高灵敏荧光增强型检测,并进行了探针L荧光性质研究。研究表明,探针L具有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力,在纯水缓冲溶液中对汞离子的最低检测限为47.56 nmol·L-1。
As mercury ions have caused serious harm to human health and ecological environment,it is of great significance to develop a fluorescent probe with high sensitivity for rapid detection of mercury ions.In this paper,a peptide-based fluorescent probe L(Dansyl-Gly-Tyr-NH 2)is constructed by solid phase peptide synthesis technology through combining the structure of dipeptide(Gly-Tyr-NH 2)with dansulfonyl chloride dye.Based on the aggregation induced emission mechanism,the fluorescence enhanced detection of mercury(II)ions with high sensitivity is realized in pure water buffer solution with the minimum detection limit of 47.56 nmol·L-1.
