摘要
华北电网于2019年对一次调频考核细则进行了修改,对并网机组的一次调频调节能力提出了更高的要求。为适应新的考核细则,针对古交西山发电有限公司机组一次调频存在的问题进行了分析研究,提出了转速不等率非线性控制、一次调频与AGC反向闭锁、一次调频CCS侧延时复位等控制策略,策略优化后,一次调频合格率由40%提高至90%左右,同时降低了机组一次调频无效动作次数,保证了机组的安全运行。
In view of the new assessment rules and the problems existing in the primary frequency regulation of the engine unit,the corresponding optimization scheme is proposed.The qualified rate of primary frequency regulation is increased from 40%to 90%only through internal logic optimization.The number of invalid actions of primary frequency regulation of the unit is reduced to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
