八段锦对慢性心衰竭患者心功能及日常生活的影响

The influence of Baduanjin on the heart function and daily life of patients with chronic heart failure

目的:观察八段锦对慢性心衰竭患者的心功能及日常生活的影响。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为对照组与八段锦组各40例。对照组予西医常规治疗,八段锦组在西医常规治疗基础上予八段锦,1个月为一疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。结果:八段锦组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),NT-pro BNP两组比较无差异(P>0.05),LVEF八段锦组高于对照组(P<0.05);6min步行距离(6MWD)八段锦组长于对照组(P<0.05)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)八段锦组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦可缓解症状,提高CHF患者骨骼肌的耐受性及心功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baduanjin on the cardiac function and daily life of patients with chronic heart failure.Method:According to the random number table method,80 cases were divided into the control group and the Baduanjin group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine while the Baduanjin group were treated with Baduanjin on the basis of the conventional treatment of western medicine.One month is a course of treatment,with 6 consecutive courses of treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the Baduanjin group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in NT-pro BNP between the two groups(P>0.05).The LVEF of Baduanjin group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).6 min walking distance(6 MWD)in the Baduanjin group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire(MLHFQ)of Baduanjin group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin could relieve symptoms,improve skeletal muscle tolerance and cardiac function of CHF patients and improve the quality of life.
