摘要 加快教育现代化步伐、建设高等教育强国,必须充分重视和发挥高校劳动教育的社会功能和育人功能。加强高校劳动教育,既是培养服务国家建设与促进中华民族伟大复兴的时代新人的必然选择,也是深化高等教育培养体系改革与实施教育强国战略的必然要求,还是培养高校学生劳动素养、实现学生个体全面发展的需要。推动新时代高校劳动教育开展,必须深入把握其理论逻辑、历史逻辑、现实逻辑,精准把握高校劳动教育的目标定位,充分体现高等教育阶段的育人要求;系统规划高校劳动教育的实施体系,规范高校劳动教育实施的关键环节;全面加强高校劳动教育的模式创新,优化高校劳动教育实施的内容结构。 Under the background of the new era of accelerating the pace of education modernization and building a strong higher education country, labor education has a unique social function and education function in university. Besides, it’s an important means and effective methods for social development and talent training. Focusing on strengthening labor education in university is the proper meaning of cultivating newcomers suitable for the construction of the country and promoting national rejuvenation. It’s an inevitable requirement for deepening the quality of higher education training and implementing the strategy of strengthening the country by education. It’s also the essential requirement for promoting of the formation of college students’ labor literacy and achieving individuals’ overall development. To correctly understand and effectively promote labor education in university in the new era, we must deeply understand and accurately grasp its theoretical logic, historical logic, and realistic logic. And to determine and clarify the practical strategy of labor education in university in the new era, it’s necessary to accurately grasp the target positioning of labor education in university, and fully reflect the education requirements of the higher education stage. Also, it’s necessary to systematically plan the implementation system of labor education in university, and standardize the key links of the implementation of labor education in university;It’s necessary to comprehensively strengthen the model innovation of labor education in university, and optimize the content structure of labor education in university.
