The Historical Experience of CPC’s One-hundred-year Labor Education and Its Contemporary Compliance

中国共产党在革命、建设和改革开放百年历史进程中,围绕凝聚革命力量、发展教育事业、建设社会主义国家、培育时代新人伟大历史使命,创造性地开展劳动教育,探索出"通过劳动的教育"和"关于劳动的教育"两大劳动教育范式,形成了"通过劳动的教育"和"关于劳动的教育"一体两面的整全性劳动教育历史经验。在新时代,我们要加强劳动教育,亟须汲取中国共产党百年劳动教育基本历史经验,立足当今社会主要矛盾,把握新时代劳动本质,适应劳动力市场化配置形势,推进"发展性""底线性""整全性"遵循。

Through the great historical practice of revolution, construction and reform and opening up, the Communist Party of China(CPC) has creatively carried out a hundred years of labor education in the process of gathering revolutionary forces, developing education, building a socialist country and cultivating new people of the times and explored two labor education paradigms of "education through labor" and "education about labor", forming a holistic labor education historical experience integration of "education through labor" and "education about labor". In order to strengthen labor education in the new era, we need to continue to follow the basic historical experience of labor education of the Communist Party of China, and around the main social contradictions, to grasp the nature of labor in the new era, to adapt to the situation of labor market allocation, then promoting the following of "development","bottom line" and "integrity".
