科研与学术发展既是高校的重要职能之一,也是一个国家或地区科研水平的重要体现。回归以来,澳门高校的科研与学术发展经历了规模扩张、稳定发展与质量提升等三个阶段,逐渐形成规范有序的科研学术体系,取得了令人瞩目的成就,包括学术成果数量的攀升、科研能力的增强、研究领域全方位的扩大以及国际化水平的不断提高。展望未来,在粤港澳大湾区建设的时代背景下,澳门高校科研与学术发展应借助澳门独特优势,融入国家发展大局;明确高校自身特色,错位开展科研与学术研究;重视产学研联动,推动澳门经济适度多元发展;加速科研与学术发展国际化进程,提升澳门科技创新水平。

Scientific research and academic development is one of the important functions of colleges and universities, and also an important embodiment of the scientific research level of a country or region.Since the return to China, the scientific research and academic development of Macao’s universities has undergone three stages: scale expansion, stable development and quality improvement. It has gradually formed a standardized scientific research academic system and made remarkable achievements,including the increase in the number of academic achievements in scientific research and academic products, the continuous enhancement of scientific research ability,the all-round expansion of research fields, and higher academic internationalization level. Looking forward to the future, under the background of the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Bay area, Macao’s university research and academic development should take the unique advantages of Macao and integrate into the overall situation of national development;clarify its own characteristics and carry out scientific research and academic research in a wrong way;attach importance to the linkage of industry, University and research to promote the moderate and diversified development of Macao’s economy;accelerate the internationalization process of scientific research and academic development and enhance Macao’s scientific and technological innovation new level.
