疾病诊断相关组在绩效评价中的应用——以县级公立医院为例

Application of Disease Diagnosis Related Group in Performance Evaluation—Take County Public Hospitals as an Example

目的通过分析山东省临沂市某县级公立医院2017-2019年全院DRG相关指标,评价各院医疗服务绩效,为DRG(疾病诊断相关组)在县级公立医院精细化管理中的应用提供参考。方法研究主要通过对医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗服务质量指标进行年度纵向比较,对各科室DRG三大维度、七大指标及综合分值进行排名分析,进行医院住院医疗服务绩效评价。结果三年内医院医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗服务质量均有提高,内分泌科科室综合排名第一。结论DRG医疗服务绩效评价依赖病案首页信息的准确性和完整性,应引进第三方咨询团队以促进DRG在县级公立医院的应用。

Objective To evaluate the medical service performance of a county-level public hospital from 2017 to 2019 by analyzing the drG-related indexes of the hospital,so as to provide reference for the application of DRG(disease diagnosis related group)in the fine management of county-level public hospitals.Methods This study conducted an annual longitudinal comparison of the indicators of medical service capacity,medical service efficiency and medical service quality,and conducted a ranking analysis of the DRG dimensions,seven indicators and comprehensive scores of each department,so as to evaluate the performance of hospital inpatient medical service.Results The medical service capacity,efficiency and quality of medical service were improved,and the department of endocrinology ranked first.Conclusions The performance evaluation of DRG medical service relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information on the first page of medical records,and a third-party consulting team should be introduced to promote the application of DRG in county-level public hospitals.
