复方中药小肽对母兔泌乳性能及配种受胎率的影响

Effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine small peptide on lactation performance and breeding conception rate of female rabbits

为探讨复方中药小肽对母兔泌乳性能的影响,选择同期发情、同期配种(人工授精)并受孕的健康经产母兔100只,随机分成2组,每组50个重复,每个重复1只。分娩后开始试验,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加复方中药小肽500 mg/kg。结果显示:试验组与对照组比较,21 d窝重增加175.00 g(P<0.01),断奶窝重增加716.67 g(P<0.01),断奶仔兔数增加0.35只/窝(P<0.05),断奶成活率提高4.37个百分点(97.25%,92.88%,P<0.01),母兔泌乳期日均采食量增加26.50 g(650.56/624.06 g)(P<0.01),断奶时母兔体质量增加128.34 g(P<0.01),泌乳期配种受胎率(产后18 d配种)提高6个百分点(88.00%,82.00%,P>0.05)。结果表明,复方中药小肽对母兔泌乳及配种受胎率具有明显的促进作用。

In order to investigate the effect of compound Chinese medicine small peptide on the lactation performance in female rabbits,100 healthy pregnant female rabbits with simultaneous estrus and simultaneous breeding(artificial insemination),they were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 50 replicates,with 1 rabbits per replicate.The test was carried out after parturition.The control group was fed basal diet,and the experimental group added the compound Chinese medicine small peptide 500 mg/kg to basal diet.The results were as follows:the litter weight on 21 th day in the experimental group increased by 175.00 g compared with the control group after parturition(P<0.01),also the weaning weight increased by 716.67 g(P<0.01).Meanwhile,compared with the control group,the number of weaned rabbits in the experimental group increased by 0.35 per litter(P<0.05),and the weaning survival rate increased by 4.25 percentage points from 93.00%to 97.5%(P<0.01).The average daily feed intake of lactating rabbits in experimental group increased 26.50 g from 624.06 to 650.56 g compared with the control group during lactation(P<0.01),also the body weight of female rabbits increased by 128.34 g during weaning(P<0.01).At 18 th days postpartum during lactation,the pregnant rate of the rabbits in the experimental group increased by 6 percentage points from 82.00%to 88.00%compared with the control group(P>0.05).It indicated that the compound Chinese medicine small peptide has obvious promoting effect on lactation and breeding conception rate in female rabbits.
