摘要
选取胎次和体况相近、与配公猪相同的妊娠母猪20头,随机均分为2组。对照组母猪饲喂基础饲粮,试验组母猪在饲喂等量基础饲粮之外每头每天补饲1 kg发酵饲料,试验于母猪产前15 d开始至产后25 d结束。结果表明,给围产期母猪补饲中草药—农副产品混合发酵饲料显著增加乳汁中乳蛋白、乳糖和免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG和IgM)的含量(P<0.05),显著提高乳汁的总抗氧化能力(P<0.05);显著提高了后代断奶仔猪数和哺乳仔猪的成活率(P<0.05);显著上调了哺乳仔猪血清多不饱和脂肪酸(二十二碳六烯酸甲酯、花生四烯酸)和脂酰肉碱类代谢物(α-丙酰肉碱、异丁酰肉碱)水平(P<0.05)。由此得出,围产期母猪补饲中草药—农副产品混合发酵饲料可以提高乳汁质量,提高哺乳仔猪血清多不饱和脂肪酸和脂酰肉碱类代谢物水平,有利于哺乳仔猪的生长发育。
Twenty pregnant sows with similar body condition,parity and parturition time were randomly assigned to controlling group and treatment group.Sows in controlling group were offered basal diet,and sows in treatment group were offered the same amount of basal diet supplemented with fermented mixtures at an amount of 1 kg each day for each sow from 15 d before delivering to 25 d after delivering.The results showed as follows:additional feeding with fermented mixtures of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural by-product to perinatal sows significantly increased the content of protein,lactose and immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG and IgM)in milk(P<0.05),and the total antioxidant capacity of milk was significantly improved(P<0.05);significantly increased the number of weaned piglets and the survival rate of suckling piglets(P<0.05);significantly increased the concentrations of polyunsaturated fatty acids(docosahexaenoic acid methyl ester and omega-3 arachidonic acid)and fatty acylcarnitine metabolites(alpha-propionyl carnitine and isobutyryl carnitine)in serum of suckling piglets.It is concluded that additional feeding with fermented mixtures of Chinese herbal medicine and agricultural by-product can improve the quality of milk,increase the level of polyunsaturated fatty acids and fatty acylcarnitine metabolites in serum of suckling piglets,and increase the performance of suckling piglets.
