摘要
L型水平井在煤层气田开发上有很大的技术和成本优势,为了排水降压方便,目前大多数L型井的水平段均采用上倾结构。但由于造斜段井斜角大,现采用管式泵排采的井,泵挂位置普遍较高。后期排采过程中,气体极易进入泵筒,形成气锁,影响泵效,导致液面无法降到煤层,着陆点周围极易形成液体封堵,致使远端气体难以运移到近井端,影响产气量。为了发挥L型水平井在增产方面的优势,提出在普通管式泵排采管柱下面加入一种经改造的类似气水分离器的装置,用以避免泵内气锁。通过古交区块现场6口井的实践来看,其很大程度上解决了L型水平井排采困难的问题,值得进一步研究推广。
The L-type horizontal well has great technical and cost advantages in the development of CBM field.In order to facilitate the water drainage and pressure reduction,updip structure is adopted at the horizontal section for most of L-type wells at present.However,due to the large inclination of the well,the pump hanging position is generally higher in the wells with tubular pump.In the later drainage process,gas can easily enter the pump barrel forming gas lock,which will affect the pump efficiency,and cause liquid level unable to fall to coal seam.It is easy to form liquid plugging around the landing point,which makes it difficult for the gas from the far end to move to the near end of the well and affects the gas production.In order to fully play the advantages of L-type horizontal wells in increasing production,it is proposed to add a modified gas-water separator device below the production string of the ordinary tubular pump,so as to avoid air lock in the pump.According to the practice of 6 wells in Gujiao Block,it to a great extent solves the problem of difficult drainage of L-type horizontal well,and is worth further research and promotion.
