Difficulties Analysis of CBM Transmission Pipeline Construction

受山西特殊地形地貌、历史文化、矿产资源富集、煤层气气源、煤层气气质禀赋特性,煤层气输气管道管道建设面临很多问题难以解决。一是路由规划难以选择;二是穿跨越多且险;三是煤矿采空区、沉陷区多、湿陷性黄土多;四是煤层气气质复杂,对管道腐蚀性强;五是土地指标难压覆矿产等原因难以协调站场、阀室用地。诸如此类问题是影响山西省煤层气产业健康发展、良性发展的制约性因素,更是制约山西省煤层气产业目标实现的关键点。

Since Shanxi's unique characteristics of topography and geomorphology,history and culture,enrichment of mineral resources,gas source of CBM,and component features,difficulties occurred during the construction of CBM transmission pipeline.First,the route planning is hard to be conducted.Second,there are a number of pipeline crossing constructions with risks.Third,coal mines have large areas of goaf and subsidence with collapsible loess.Fourth,the component of CBM in Shanxi is complex and strongly corrosive to the pipelines.Fifth,coordination of land-use is difficult.The difficulties are the main factors that affecting the development of CBM industry in Shanxi Province,as well as the key issue that constraint the target achieving of CBM industry.
