摘要 通过分析煤矿井下传统单轨吊的型式悬挂存储电缆存在的问题,研制了一种新型矿用电缆存储装置,布置在设备列车机尾,用于承载悬空段电缆。介绍了成套装置的组成结构及特点,对关键元部件进行了计算及有限元分析。井下实际应用表明,该装置能实现电缆自动存储,有效替代传统单轨吊。 Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the hanging storage cable of the traditional monorail crane in the coal mine,a new type of mining cable storage device was developed,which was arranged at the tail of the equipment train and used to carry the suspended cable.The structure and characteristics of the whole set of equipment were introduced,and the key element components were calculated and analyzed.Through the practical application in underground,the device can realize the automatic storage of cables and effectively replace the traditional monorail crane.
