摘要
为了提高煤矿瓦斯抽采多级安全防护系统的布控能力,基于可编程控制器(PLC)集中智能控制原理,开发设计了瓦斯抽采管道安全防护装置控制系统。采用模块化设计方式,可实现数据采集与在线监测、智能联锁控制和故障诊断。搭建了控制系统测试平台,进行了控制响应时间和控制功能的有效验证。结果表明该控制系统可准确地识别和处理火焰传感器采集的爆炸信息,并进行阻爆、抑爆联锁控制,抑爆控制响应时间小于5.0 ms,阻爆控制关断时间小于100.0 ms,具有阻爆蓄能器自动保压和水封泄爆液位自动补偿功能。该控制系统的设计对于提高瓦斯抽采管道安全防护系统的性能及可靠性具有重要作用。
In order to improve the control ability of multi-level safety protection system of gas drainage in coal mine,based on the principle of progiammable logic controller(PLC)centralized intelligent control,the control system of safety protection device for gas drainage pipeline was developed and designed.With modular design,data acquisition and online monitoring,intelligent interlock control and fault diagnosis can be realized.The control system test platform was built,and the control response time and effective verification of control functions.The results showed that the control system could accurately identify and process the explosion information collected by the flame sensor,and carry out the interlock control of explosion suppression and explosion suppression.The response time of explosion suppression control was less than 5.0 ms,and the cut-off time of explosion suppression control was less than 100.0 ms.It has the functions of automatic pressure maintaining of explosion accumulator and automatic compensation of water seal explosion level.The design of the control system played an important role in improving the performance and reliability of the gas drainage pipeline safety protection system.
