摘要 针对国内外煤矿的综采工作面搬家工艺回撤巷道顶板支护方式费时费力、劳动强度大、浪费木材且支护高度、支护速度、自动化程度、可操作性、安全性等方面都不能适应高产高效综采面快速搬家倒面的要求,结合神东公司万利矿区的地质条件对四柱支撑掩护式支架的工作阻力进行计算,确定支架的主要技术参数,在此基础上介绍了支架的结构组成以及在巷道中的布置方式、运行情况和应用效果。该支架实现对回撤通道顶板的主动临时机械化支护,有利于提高综采支架回撤效率和作业安全性,具有重要的实用价值。 In view of the moving technology of domestic and foreign fully mechanized coal face,the retraction roadway roof supporting method was time-consuming,labor-intensive,wood wasting,and the supporting height,supporting speed,degree of automation,operability,safety and other aspects could not meet the requirements of high-yield and efficient fully mechanized coal face rapid moving.Combined with the geological conditions of Wanli Mining Area of Shendong Company,the working resistance of four-pillar support shield support was calculated,and the main technical parameters of the support were determined.On this basis,the structure composition of the support,the layout,operation and application effect in the roadway were introduced.The support realized the active temporary mechanized support for the roof of the back passage,which is conducive to improve the back efficiency and operation safety of the comprehensive mining support,and has important practical value.
