矿山机械标委会标准在安标认证评估工作中的应用分析

Application Analysis of the Standards of Mining Machinery Standard Committee in MA Certification and Evaluation

目前,涉及煤矿设备的矿山机械标委会归口管理的标准在安标认证评估工作中发挥一定作用,但仍存在一些亟待解决的问题,如存在煤矿领域特殊安全要求不全、检验方法不明确等问题,以致不能很好地依据其开展煤矿设备设计制造、检测检验、安标认证评估等工作。鉴于目前存在的问题,全面梳理了相关矿用设备标准,深入分析了与煤矿相关的建井设备、采掘设备、提升运输设备等3类标准。在梳理、分析、总结相关标准基础上,归纳了目前煤矿设备标准存在的问题,有针对性地提出了改进建议,为今后煤矿设备的标准制修订工作提供了依据。

At present,the standards of mine machinery standard committee,which involved coal mine equipment,played a certain role in safety standard certification and evaluation.However,there were still some problems to be solved,such as incomplete special safety requirements and unclear inspection methods in the field of coal mine,which could make it impossible to carry out coal mine equipment design and manufacture,inspection,safety standard certification and evaluation.In view of the existing problems,comprehensively combed the relevant mining equipment standards,and deeply analyzed the three types of standards related to coal mine,such as well building equipment,mining equipment,lifting and transportation equipment.On the basis of combing,analyzing and summarizing the relevant standards,the problems existing in the current coal mine equipment standards were summarized,and improvement suggestions were put forward,which could provide the basis for the future development and revision of coal mine equipment standards.
