新窑煤矿岩巷掘进装备的应用分析

Application Analysis of Rock Tunnel Driving Equipment in Xinyao Coal Mine

煤矿岩巷掘进效率低的问题严重制约了矿井安全高效生产的发展。围绕新窑煤矿岩巷掘进的应用实践,从综合机械化掘进到钻爆法炮掘,从凿岩钻车、挖掘式装载机、侧卸式装岩机到钻装机、钻装锚机组等装备展开适应性分析。通过实地探索,实现了岩巷的快速、高效掘进,为同类型地质条件的岩巷快速掘进提供了参考。

The low efficiency of rock tunnel driving in coal mine seriously restricted the development of safe and efficient production in coal mine.According to the application practice of rock tunnel driving in Xinyao Coal Mine,from comprehensive mechanized driving to drilling and blasting blasting,from rock drill,excavation loader,side unloading loader to drilling and loading machine,drilling and loading anchor unit and other equipment,the adaptability analysis had been carried out.Through field exploration,the fast and efficient driving of rock tunnel had been realized,which could provide reference for rapid driving of rock tunnel in the same type of geological conditions.
