综放工作面回撤用滑轨与可转弯装车平台的设计与应用

摘要 为加快综放工作面支架回撤速度,阳煤集团五矿采用基于滑轨与可转弯装车平台的新型液压支架回撤工艺,经8421综放工作面回撤应用证明,对比传统拖运、装车方法,该工艺具有工效高、安全性好和生产成本低等优点。 In order to speed up the withdrawal speed of fully mechanized coal caving face,the No.5 coal mine of Yangquan Coal Group adopted a new hydraulic support withdrawal technology based on slide rail and turning loading platform.The application of 8421 fully mechanized caving face withdrawal proved that the technology had the advantages of high efficiency,good safety and low production cost compared with the traditional hauling and loading methods.
