With the continuous advance of the reform,state-owned enterprises have done a lot of work in the aspect of non-main business assets withdrawal,but the efficiency is not high.The fund model has generally been used as an effective way to upgrade and dispose of state-owned enterprises in the process of reform.It has the functions of leverage amplification,guiding capital raising and adsorption leading,which can empower and enhance non-main business assets and realize the guaranteed value increase of assets.
