摘要
为充分了解中小鸡场球虫种类分布及感染状况,采用卵囊形态特征观察与动物回归试验相结合的方法,对15个中小养鸡场的球虫感染情况进行了检查、调查。检出柔嫩艾美耳球虫、毒害艾美耳球虫、堆型艾美耳球虫、巨型艾美耳球虫、和缓艾美耳球虫和早熟艾美耳球虫6个虫种,优势虫种为柔嫩艾美耳球虫、堆型艾美耳球虫和巨型艾美耳球虫。80.0%(12/15)的中小鸡场有球虫感染,且均为混合感染。15日龄以下、15~65日龄、66日龄以上鸡群中分别有75.0%(3/4)、100.0%(6/6)、85.0%(4/5)鸡群感染。地面平养鸡群球虫感染率为88.9%(8/9),笼养鸡群球虫感染率为33.3%(2/6)。100.0%肉鸡场(6/6)和100.0%草鸡场(3/3)感染球虫,66.7%蛋鸡场(2/3)感染球虫,33.3%种鸡场(1/3)感染球虫。结果表明,中小鸡场各日龄段的鸡群带虫感染较为普遍。
In order to obtain the species distribution and infection status of coccidia in small and medium-sized poulty farms,the infection of coccidia in 15 small and medium-sized poulty farms was investigated by observing the morphological characteristics of oocysts and animal regression test.Six coccidia species were identified in this survey:Eimeria tenella、Eimeria necatrix、Eimeria acervulina、Eimeria maxima、Eimeria mitis、Eimeria praecox.The dominant species were Eimeria tenella、Eimeria acervulina、Eimeria maxima;80.0%(12/15)of small and medium-sized poulty farms had coccidiosis infection,and all of them were mixed infection;the coccidiosis infection rate was 75.0%(3/4)in chickens younger than 15 days old,100%(6/6)in chickens aged 15-65 days,and 85.0%(4/5)in chickens over 66 days old;the infection rate was 88.9%(8/9)in ground level chickens and 33.3%(2/6)in cages;the infection rate of coccidia was 100.0%(9/9)in broilers and grass chickens,66.7%(2/3)in laying hens and 33.3%(1/3)in breeders.The results revealed that the infection of coccidiosis was common in all age groups of small and medium-sized poulty farms,and active and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the outbreak of coccidiosis in small and medium-sized poulty farms.
