超声波复合酶微雾除臭设备对本院公厕环境改善的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的为提高医患对就医环境的满意度,监控医院公厕空气质量达到国家公共卫生场所空气一级标准。方法选取时间为2017年5、6月,选择本院人流最密集的两个公厕在引入超声波复合酶微雾除臭设备前后各100例医患作为研究对象,2017年5月为设备使用前,2017年6月为设备使用后,对比使用前后研究对象在公厕卫生状况、气味和总体环境方面的满意度,并通过检测氨气浓度监控公厕内空气质量。结果使用后医患对公厕卫生状况、气味及总体环境的满意度均高于使用前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);使用后本院公厕平均氨气排放量为(0.14±0.07)mg/m3,臭气强度<1级,空气质量达到国家公共卫生场所空气一级标准。结论在医院公厕中使用超声波复合酶微雾除臭设备不仅可以改善空气质量至公共卫生场所一级标准,还可以提高医患对就医环境的满意度,应用效果显著。 Objective To improve satisfaction of patients and doctors with the medical environment,and to monitor the air quality of hospital public toilets to meet the first-class air standard of public health places.Methods In May and June 2017,100 cases of doctors and patients were selected as the research objects before and after the introduction of ultrasonic combined enzyme micro-fog deodorization equipment in two public toilets with the most dense flow of people in our hospital.Before the equipment was used in May 2017 and after the equipment was used in June 2017,the satisfaction of the subjects in the sanitary condition,odor and overall environment of the public toilets before and after the use were compared,and the ammonia concentration was detected by monitoring the air quality in public toilets.Results After using the ultrasonic combined enzyme micro-fog deodorization equipment,the satisfaction of doctors and patients with public toilets'hygiene,odor and overall environment were higher than using before,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05),the average ammonia emissions from public toilets in our hospital were(0.14±0.07)mg/m3,and the odor intensity was less than 1 level.The air quality meet the first-class standard of air in public health places.Conclusion Ultrasound combined enzyme micro-fog deodorizer can not only improve the air quality to the first-class standard of public health places,but also improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients to the medical environment.The application effect is remarkable.
