摘要
随着我国医疗卫生改革的不断深入,医联体也取得了巨大的发展并逐渐趋于完善。医联体作为我国医疗卫生发展的重要方向,有效衔接了三级医院、二级医院和社区卫生服务机构,在医联体下各医疗机构能够实现全面合作、双向转诊。因此医联体使提高我国医疗服务水平和医疗服务效率的重要途径。因为基层医疗机构服务水平较低,所以对于医联体的应用愈加普遍。发挥医联体优势的同时也存在诸多问题。本文对我国医联体发展现状及实际情况进行具体阐述,并分析了我国医联体发展过程中存在的主要问题,基于这些问题,提出有利于医联体发展的可行性对策和建议。
With the deepening of China's medical and health reform,medical association has also made great development and gradually become perfect.As an important direction of China's medical and health development,medical association effectively connects three-level hospitals,two-level hospitals and community health service institutions.Under the medical association,all medical institutions can achieve comprehensive cooperation and two-way referral.Therefore,medical association is an important way to improve the level and efficiency of medical service in China.Because the service level of primary medical institutions is low,the application of medical association is more and more common.At the same time,there are many problems in giving full play to the advantages of medical association.In this paper,the current situation and the actual situation of the development of the medical association in China are elaborated,and the main problems in the development process of the medical association in China are analyzed.Based on these problems,the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the medical association are put forward.
