某院调血脂药物“4+7”带量采购模式

A Hospital’s"4+7"Drug Quantity Procurement Model

目的分析"4+7"带量采购对本院调血脂药物使用的影响。方法采用药物经济学方法对"4+7"实行前后,本院2018年3月18日—2019年3月17日与2019年3月18日—2020年3月17日调血脂药物的销售数量、金额、用药频度(defined daily dose,DDDs)、日均费用(defined daily cost,DDC)、B/A值等进行分析。结果 "4+7"实施后,入选目录的阿托伐他汀钙片和瑞舒伐他汀钙片在调血脂药物中的DDDs占比41.85%和12.39%,销售金额为14.92%和3.65%。阿托伐他汀钙片DDDs占相同通用名称79.20%,销售金额占36.92%,瑞舒伐他汀钙片DDDs占相同通用名称87.29%,销售额占48.99%。"4+7"实行后较实施前DDDs增长26.40%,销售金额下降41.64%。结论 "4+7"实行后,入选目录药品使用率高,有效降低药品费用。

Objective To analyze the effect of"4+7"band purchasing lipid-regulating drugs in our hospital.Methods Before and after the implementation of"4+7",the sales quantity,amount,defined daily dose(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC),and B/A value of blood lipids were analyzed in our hospital from March 18,2018 to March 17,2019,and from March 18,2019 to March 17,2020.Results After the implementation of"4+7",atorvastatin calcium tablets and rosuvastatin calcium tablets in the list accounted for 41.85%and 12.39%of DDDs in lipid-regulating drugs,and the sales amount were 14.92%and 3.65%.Atorvastatin calcium tablets DDDs accounted for 79.20%of the same generic name,36.92%of the sales amount,and rosuvastatin calcium tablets DDDs accounted for 87.29%of the same generic name,accounting for 48.99%of the sales amount.After the implementation of"4+7",compared with the previous year,the DDDs increased by 26.40%and the sales amount decreased by 41.64%.Conclusion After the implementation of"4+7",the utilization rate of drugs in the list is high and the cost of drugs is effectively reduced.
