Application Effect of Mini-plate in Patients With Metacarpal Fractures

目的探讨微型钢板在掌骨骨折患者中的应用效果。方法随机抽取本院2017年3月—2018年3月收治的66例掌骨骨折患者,采用随机数字表法分对照组和观察组,每组33例,前者实施常规治疗,后者采用微型钢板治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、切口长度、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前两组肩臂手功能障碍(disabilites of the arm,shoulder and hand,DASH)量表评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);术后观察组的DASH评分、VAS评分均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微型钢板在掌骨骨折患者中的应用效果显著,可加快患者康复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of mini-plate in patients with metacarpal fractures.Methods 66 cases of metacarpal fracture patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The former was treated with conventional treatment and the latter was treated with mini-plate.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,incision length,and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation,the two groups of disabilites of the arm,shoulder and hand(DASH)scale score and visual analogue scoring(VAS)were not statistically different(P>0.05);after operation the DASH score and VAS score of postoperative in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of microplate in patients with metacarpal fractures is significant,which can speed up the recovery of patients and is worthy of promotion.
