德谷胰岛素对初诊2型糖尿病的治疗分析

Analysis of the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes With Insulin Degludec

目的对比门冬胰岛素、德谷胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月本院收治的60例初诊2型糖尿病患者,依据抽签法分组,试验组30例开展德谷胰岛素治疗,对照组30例开展门冬胰岛素治疗,观察两组血糖水平及低血糖事件发生情况。结果治疗后试验组的空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)为(6.57±0.42)mmol/L,糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)为(6.08±0.39)%、餐后2 h血糖(2 hours postprandial blood glucose,2 hPBG)为(8.57±1.20)mmol/L,低血糖发生率为3.33%,均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对初诊2型糖尿病患者行德谷胰岛素治疗安全有效,其血糖控制效果较好,且低血糖发生率较低,值得广泛使用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect and safety of insulin aspart and insulin degludec in the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected and grouped according to the drawing method.30 patients in the experimental group were treated with insulin degludec and 30 patients in the control group were treated with insulin aspart.The blood glucose level and the occurrence of hypoglycemia events were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,in the experimental group,the fasting plasma glucose(FPG)was(6.57±0.42)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)was(6.08±0.39)%,2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)was(8.57±1.20)mmol/L,the incidence of hypoglycemia was 3.33%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is safe and effective to treat newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients with insulin degludec.The effect of glucose control is good,and the incidence of hypoglycemia is low,which is worthy of widespread use.
