Construction and Application of Nursing Quality Evaluation Index System of Hospital PICC

目的探讨医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系的构建及应用。方法随机选取2017年8月—2019年8月本院专家32名,将PICC护理质量评价体系编制出来,将医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系的规范化框架建立起来,采用更新型方式处理数据,应用统计软件分析处理,运用问卷调查方法,在对专家意见一致程度进行查看的过程中将均值、变异系数充分利用起来,分析第二轮专家咨询的Kendall协调系数(W)与显著性检验结果、医院PICC护理质量评价一级指标、二级指标、三级指标体系专家咨询结果。结果检验专家意见与第二轮专家咨询专家意见协调系数的显著性,发现其有肯德尔测试意义。专家的咨询具有极高的可信度,32名专家中,28名专家的权威度系数、熟悉度系数、算数平均值均在0.1以下。第一轮专家咨询后,修订了两轮专家咨询指标,将一些和筛选标准不符的指标删除。结论医院PICC护理质量评价指标体系的构建及应用意义重大。

Objective To explore the construction and application of hospital PICC nursing quality evaluation index system.Methods 32 cases of experts from August 2017 to August 2019 from our hospital were randomly selected.The PICC nursing quality evaluation system was developed,and the standardized framework of the hospital's PICC nursing quality evaluation index system was established.The data were processed in an updated way,analyzed and processed with statistical software,and the mean value was checked in the process of checking the consistency of experts'opinions by questionnaire survey.Kendall coordination coefficient(W)and significance test results of the second round of expert consultation first level indicators,second level indicators and third level indicator system expert consultation results of hospital PICC nursing quality evaluation were analyzed.Results Test the significance of the coordination coefficient between expert opinion and the second round of expert consultation,it was found that it had Kendall test significance.Among the 32 experts,the authority coefficient,familiarity coefficient and arithmetic average value of 28 experts are all below 0.1.After the first round of expert consultation,two rounds of expert consultation indicators were revised,and some indicators inconsistent with the screening criteria were deleted.Conclusion The construction and application of PICC nursing quality evaluation index system is of great significance.
