摘要
该文介绍了广东省的水雨情遥测数据通过GPRS+卫星双信道通信组网结构的改造,提高了极端天气情况下水雨情遥测数据的可靠性,解决了在台风、暴雨期间,由于移动基站供电得不到有效保障,导致移动GPRS在关键时刻不可用,依靠GPRS传输的水雨情数据无法及时传回省中心,从而影响了抢险救灾的决策指挥的问题。1 a多的实践证明,GPRS+卫星双信道的通信组网为防灾减灾提供了更可靠、更及时的水雨情数据支持。
The water and rainfall telemetry information in Guangdong province is introduced in the paper.Through the transformation of GPRS+satellite dual channel communication network structure,the reliability of the water and rainfall telemetry information in extreme weather conditions is improved.A problem is solved that mobile GPRS is unavailable at critical time and the water and rainfall information fails to be transmitted back to the provincial center through GPRS in time during typhoons and rainstorms due to the failure to guarantee the mobile base station power supply effectively so as to affect the decision-making and command of emergency rescue and relief.According to more than one year's practical results,the GPRS+satellite dual channel communication network provides the more reliable and more timely water and rainfall information support for disaster prevention and mitigation.
