燕山--太行山区旅游扶贫经济效应时间演变分析

Analysis on the Time Evolution of the Economic Effect of Tourism Poverty Alleviation in Yanshan-Taihang Mountain Area

本文结合燕山—太行山区的贫困现状以及旅游开发条件,以2010~2017年为研究时段,以燕山—太行山区的6个地级市为研究对象,对此区域旅游扶贫经济效应的时间演变进行了分析.通过构建一元线性回归模型,发现2010年~2017年各地市旅游收入与地方GDP之间存在函数关系.引用经济学中的“弹性系数”构建经济增长对旅游业发展的响应指数,代表旅游扶贫经济效应,分析燕山—太行山区各地市旅游业发展对地方GDP的影响,并引入极差(L)、标准(S)分析相对差异,极值比率(K)、变异系数(CV)分析绝对差异.结果表明,本研究时间段内燕山—太行山地区的旅游扶贫经济效应相对差异较小,绝对差异在逐步扩大.

Based on the poverty status and tourism development conditions of yanshan-taihang mountain area,this paper takes six prefecture-level cities in yanshan-taihang mountain area as the research period from 2010 to 2017,and analyzes the time evolution of the economic effect of regional tourism poverty alleviation.By building a one-yuan linear regression model,it is shown that there is a functional relationship between tourism income and local GDP in cities from 2010 to 2017.References in economics“elasticity”build response index of economic growth on the development of tourism,on behalf of the economic effect of tourism poverty alleviation,analysis of the yanshan-taihang mountain tourism development around the city's influence on the local GDP,and introducing the poor(L)and standard(S)analysis of relative difference,extremum ratio(K),coefficient of variation(CV),an absolute difference analysis.The results showed that the economic effects of tourism poverty alleviation in the yanshan-taihang area were relatively small and the absolute differences were gradually expanding.
