摘要
漆酶(Laccase)是一类含4个二价铜离子与蛋白质的500~550个氨基酸所组成的一种氧化酶,不同的细菌和真菌制成的漆酶组成不同。文章讨论的漆酶主要由4个Cu^2+与半胱氨酸、蛋氨酸以及组氨酸结合而成,Bayer公司以商品名Baylase进入市场,为了提高其氧化还原电位,又以商品名Prepart RP的中间体ABTS作为商品;但仍然因催化效率不高,生成的双氧水浓度还不足以氧化棉纤维内杂质而达不到漂白要求的白度。用不同来源的漆酶对多种染料废水进行脱色,取得了一定的效果。
The laccase is a kind of oxidase composited of 4 divalent copper ions and protein with 500~550 amino acids.The various laccase compositions are prepared by different bacteria and fungi.The laccase mentioned in paper consists of 4 Cu^2+,cysteine,methionine and histidine,which is named as Baylase by Bayer.ABTS,an intermediate from Prepart RP,is as a commodity to promote the oxidation-reduction potential.Because of its low catalytic efficiency,the generated hydrogen peroxide concentration is still not enough to oxidize the impurities in cotton fibers to meet the whiteness requirement for bleaching.Several kinds of dye effluents are decolorized by laccase from different sources,and some results were obtained.
