新型复合还原剂还原溴靛蓝

摘要 以还原剂W和还原剂D对溴靛蓝进行还原,通过测定染液的粒子粒径及其分布均匀性,探究还原剂W、还原剂D、烧碱用量对溴靛蓝染液粒子粒径及其分布均匀性的影响。在使用还原剂W时,在染液中添加少量OK油可以减小染液中粒子的粒径并增加其分散均匀性。在使用还原剂D时,在染液中添加少量分散剂T可以减小染液中粒子的粒径并增加其分散均匀性。 Bromoindigo was reduced by reducing agent W and reducing agent D.By measuring the particle size of the dye solution and its distribution uniformity,the effects of reducing agent W,reducing agent D and the amount of caustic soda on the particle size and distribution uniformity of bromoindigo dye liquor were explored.When the reducing agent W was used,adding a small amount of OK oil in the dye solution could reduce the particle size and increase the dispersion uniformity.When reducing agent D was used,adding a small amount of dispersing agent T in the dyeing solution could reduce the particle size and increase the dispersion uniformity.
