玉米/黏胶纤维织物短流程染色工艺的探讨

Dyeing process of corn/viscose fabric in short process

根据玉米纤维和黏胶纤维的特性开发了玉米/黏胶混纺织物,并针对此织物开发了一套短流程染色工艺。新工艺缩短了染色工艺流程,实现了前处理、染色一浴处理。处理后的织物色牢度、手感良好并且保留了玉米纤维织物的风格和良好的服用性能。

According to the characteristics of corn fiber and viscose fiber,corn/viscose blended fabric was developed,and a set of short process for the fabric dyeing had been developed.The new process shortened the dyeing process and realized pretreatment and one bath dyeing treatment.The treated fabric had good color fastness and handle,and retained the style and good wearability of corn fiber fabric.
